Rule #10:  Photos over Illustrations

But it is important to remember Rule #1:  There are Always Exceptions to the Rules

The current issue of The New Yorker is a case in point.  Funny. Beyond hysterical.  Spot on classic.  A great addition to the New Yorker’s proud tradition of illustrated covers and humour.
