The Walrus‘ September 2015 issue had a cover feature on Uber, the “controversial” ride share app that has the taxi industry in Toronto up in arms.
The cover was both timely and brave.
I’m happy to report that they were rewarded for taking the risk with this cover.
Sales were up 14% from the same time slot last year.
Sales were also higher then the 3 subsequent issues as well…

- 20% higher then the November 2015 issue
- 23% higher then the December 2015 issue
