check_mark_125x125Fly Fusion Magazine was launched in 2006, in both Canada and the USA.  Unlike many Canadian magazines, Fly Fusion’s ambition was to become not only Canada’s Fly Fishing Authority but to become North America’s Fly Fishing Authority (current tag line).

This high-quality, perfect bound, quarterly magazine retails for $7.95 in both Canada and the USA.   With the US dollar trading at nearly a 40% premium, the value of the U.S. Newsstand sales is a substantial bonus, for this BC-based publisher.  Sales have been up every year for 9 straight years!

Newsstand sales in Canada are strong too…2015 is the best year yet.   Sales are up 10% in 2015, with 3 of the 4 issues posting sales gains, and the Fall 2015 issue setting a new sales record for that time slot.

 

The Spring 2016 issue will hit newsstands February 22nd, 2016.
